The Hunt Club at Quail Hollow

RSSThe Hunt Club at Quail Hollow is a community of single family homes and condominium developments that has been developed over the last 20+ years. There are about 300 homes in the original Hunt Club development and about 500 homes in the various condiminium developments. The various communities work together to create a friendly, safe attractive mix of homes, which retain their values over the years.

Annual Dues

The Quail Hollow Master Owners' Association requires all homeowners to pay an annual dues to cover the cost of maintaining the 17+ acres of common grounds and the administrative costs of providing community directories, newsletters and activities.

Landscape Standards

In order to help QHMOA homeowners avoid misunderstandings about the interpretation of our governing CCR's, the Board of Trustees had developed landscape standards to help explain the types of maintenance that needs to be done of each home and its landscaping. While these steps are strickly at the descretion of each homeowner, these standards are the guidelines used to evaluate grievance proceedings if they occur.

Non-Compliance Penalty Procedures

While the QHMOA Board of Trustees always works with homeowners to resolve non-compliance issues, we sometimes are not successful and must escalate to penalties and other forms of encouragement. In order to be consistent, the Board developed a procedure for handling these types of problem situations

Grievance Procedure

The governing By-Laws of the QHMOA provide that homeowners have the right file grievances if they feel that another homeowner is violating any of the home or yard maintenance and upgrade standards set out in the CCR's. There is a formal grievance procedure that must be followed in order to begin this process.

QHMOA Board Meeting Schedule

The QHMOA Board of Trustees meets on the 3rd Wednesday of every month at 6:45 pm at Bellisanno's in the Gristmill. The meetings are open to all QHMOA homeowners with the exception of closed sessions related to grievance procedures.
